Quinoa, rice, chia, tomato, paprika, salt, onion, turmeric, pepper, garlic, cumin.

Preparación

Empty the contents into a container, add 300 ml (1 1/4 cup) of water, mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes. Heat a frying pan with a jet of oil. Shape the nuggets (6 units suggested) with wet hands. Brown in a hot pan on both sides.
